Just like you, I'm a petite girlie (5'0") who has been through the ups and downs of trying to find a fitness and nutrition routine that actually works.

For a long time, I thought that being short meant I had to restrict calories or stick to super rigid rules. But over time, I realized that this all-or-nothing mindset was holding me back from feeling my best—both physically and mentally. Now, I’m passionate about helping other petite women break free from that same cycle.
